Eh eh, regarding your handphone thing rite...
What you could do is start a family plan with 3 other buddies... of course one person in your "family" has to have a social security number... the bills come up to around 30-35usd a month. But that's Wichita lah. I don't know if T-mobile in Georgia is diff from T-mobile in Wichita. And if I'm not mistaken, everybody gets a new swanky handphone FOC.

I bet you can't make the police there as "efficient" as in malaysia.
